• Petrobras Gabón

  Petrobras has been operating in the Republic of Gabon, a country located on the west coast of Africa, since June 2011. That month, we signed an agreement to acquire 50% of the stakes of Ophir Energy in the Ntsina Marin and Mbeli Marin Blocks, which are located in the Coastal Basin, offshore northern Gabon.

  Created in 1953 by the Federal Government, we are the largest company in Brazil. We work in exploration, production, refining, gas processing, oil product distribution, marketing and transportation over pipelines, petrochemicals, electric power, and biofuels.
