Present in the United States since 1987, we have a financial office in New York and a trading and procurement office in Houston. More than 25 nationalities and ethnic groups are represented within our 400+ workforce.

We formed alliances with partners to develop our activities. Investments in cutting-edge technology helped us make important oil and gas reserve discoveries in the Gulf of Mexico, increasing our upstream activities and allowing us to bet on future projects.

Our operations include exploring blocks in deep and ultra-deep waters, as well as in shallow areas and areas onshore, always aiming to reach deep reservoirs.

Employing an aggressive strategy, our dedication is reflected in important results: acquisition of Pasadena Refining System Inc. (PRSI) in Texas, and a presence in the Cottonwood field and Cascade and Chinook fields in the Gulf of Mexico.
